Every order is packed by hand in the garage. Most orders ship within a few business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment yours is on its way. Shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your address and the speed you choose.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. For sizing exchanges on unworn apparel, reach out through the Contact page and include your order number.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it never arrived — or it arrives damaged — contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can sort it out fast.
